In this class we will look at healthy nutrition and exercise strategies. It will not be about diets or deprivation, but about healthy and realistic alternatives to enjoy the holiday events and still maintain your personal health goals. Join Dr. Mark Wickam, Professor of Health and Exercise Science, and others for this fun, interactive class.

Motivation – Enjoying the Journey/Room 006/Richard & Lorri Snyder
There are many practical lessons from those who have walked faithfully with the Lord in the past. In our expository study of Abraham’s life journey with God, we will learn how to give the Lord what He wants most from us and in the process and discover what it means to enjoy our journey with Him.

Men’s Ministries: Caveman’s Club/Legacy Commons (2235 Candies Lane)/Robert Green 
Join Robert Green and Westmore men for a book study on Ephesians, called “Who Do You Think You Are?” Men will discover where there victory comes from. Each participant will gain a deeper understanding of God’s goodness. He is a Good Father who wants men to learn from Him how to be good fathers to their children. Other topics in this series addresses new creation, spiritual gifts, prayer, and identity.

Women’s Bible Study: Finding I AM/Room 005/Judy Warrick 
What is the deep cry of your heart? The prayer you keep repeating? Jesus not only cares about this deep, spiritual wrestling, but He also wants to step in and see you through it. Explore the seven I AM statements of Jesus found in the Gospel of John. Through this interactive, in-depth study we will be trading feelings of emptiness and depletion for the “set free mentality” and the fullness of knowing who Jesus is like never before.

Leadership: Lessons From the Life of Moses, Part II/Room 010/Pastor Kelvin Page
Sign up for Pastor Kelvin Page’s original teaching on the life and ministry of the greatest leader in the history of God’s people, Moses. Learn many leadership principles in the environment of a small group consisting of leaders in their own right from our church and community. Pastor Page has been a pastor and leadership trainer since the beginning of his ministry service. In this class he will draw from his own lifelong ministry experience as well as break down the Scriptures to help you see many leadership how-to’s through the life of Moses. Not only will you enrich your knowledge of God’s word, but you will become more connected in a wonderful small group for women.

Missions Prayer Movement/Room 110 (Office Wing)/Grant & Janice McClung 
Join us for a time of prayer for the nations and for the Gospel to reach the people even to the ends of the earth. This group often has a variety of speakers and missionaries from around the world who share about the work of the Lord in America and overseas, accompanied with a genuine time of prayer. Sometimes the group views the newest missionary reports via the video resources provided by the Church of God World Missions.
